Our story

Eleven years of Malaysian roofs

Frontiq Roof Solutions was started in 2014 by two roofers, Aziz and Daniel, who had spent a decade between them subcontracting on large commercial sites. They kept seeing the same thing on residential jobs: rushed quotes, vague timelines and patch jobs that failed at the first heavy storm. They started Frontiq with a simple operating idea — quote what you'll actually do, and stand behind it long enough to be embarrassed if it fails.

Today the company runs two repair vans and an installation crew out of a small workshop in Setapak. We take on roughly 18 jobs a month — enough to keep the team busy, not so many that any one project loses our attention.

Four principles, applied every job

Show up when we say we will

Quote windows are 90 minutes wide, not "morning." If we're running late, we phone — not message — at least 30 minutes ahead.

Write it down

Every job is quoted in itemised writing. Verbal estimates are not how we do business — they cause arguments that nobody wins.

Photograph everything

You get a before-and-after photo report on every visit, regardless of size. If we replaced something, you'll see exactly what.

Stand by the work

10-year workmanship warranty in writing on every job. If something goes wrong inside that window, we come back at no charge.

RM 2,000,000 public liability policy in place — certificates available on request before any job begins.
