These terms govern your use of frontiq.pro and any quotation, contract or work that Frontiq Roof Solutions Sdn. Bhd. provides. By using this site or engaging our services, you accept the terms set out below.
"We", "us", "our", and "Frontiq" refer to Frontiq Roof Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia (SSM 202401045821) with offices at Level 14, Menara Cantik, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur. "You" and "your" refer to the visitor or client.

While we work hard to keep prices, timelines and technical details accurate, exact figures for your project will be confirmed in a written quotation issued after a site visit.
Quotations issued by Frontiq are valid for 60 days unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices include materials and labour as itemised; they exclude unforeseen structural work that may be revealed only after the existing roof has been stripped. Where additional work is uncovered, we will pause, photograph the situation and present you with a variation in writing before continuing.
A quotation becomes a contract when you accept it in writing and pay the agreed deposit. Standard payment terms are 30% on contract signing, 40% on material delivery to site and 30% on completion. Smaller repair jobs are billed in full on completion.
We will agree a start window with you in writing. Tropical weather sometimes pushes start dates. Where rain or storms prevent safe work, we will reschedule to the next viable day at no cost to you.
Frontiq warrants all workmanship for 10 years from the date of completion against installation-related defects, including leaks attributable to our installation, lifting ridges and flashing failure. The warranty does not cover damage caused by storms exceeding the materials' rated wind specification, by third-party works carried out after we complete (for example, antenna installations), or by neglect of basic maintenance such as gutter cleaning.
Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we install and are passed through to you. Frontiq is not the manufacturer of these products and is not in a position to extend their warranty terms.
You may cancel a contract at any time before work starts on site. If materials have already been ordered, you remain responsible for any restocking fees levied by the supplier. After work has started on site, the agreed contract sum is due in full for any work already completed plus any materials already on site.
Frontiq's total liability for any single project shall not exceed the contract value of that project, except where Malaysian law provides otherwise. We carry RM 2,000,000 public liability cover for damage arising from our operations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be referred to the courts of Kuala Lumpur unless we agree in writing on mediation or arbitration as an alternative.
